Flavours are fresh and light with St Tropez’s signature dishes displaying originality and creativity in the kitchen, their culinary opus enhanced by combinations of exquisite elements designed to accentuate the hero of every dish. Lovers of fromage will find it tricky to look past the Burratta et Artichaux: an impossibly creamy creation complemented by marinated artichoke, lightly toasted house sourdough and an accompaniment of leafy greens with an olive and balsamic glaze.

Mains range from classic Coq Au Vin cooked low and slow in red wine sauce with creamy risoni, bacon and roasted mushrooms, to signature pastas like Pappardelle All’Aragosta tossed through slipper lobster, crab, tomato & mint ragu then topped with rough cut rucola, pesto & parmesan.
