• All tickets are fully refundable on the condition that the Chilean Wine Tasting event is unable to go ahead due to COVID-19 Indonesian Government regulations.

• For all ticket holders that have received a booking confirmation, please do NOT share your ticket online or with anyone else. Please bring a copy of your ticket with the QR code and the name of the purchaser (screenshot or pdf). Wi-Fi will be limited at the door.

General Venue Terms and Conditions

• Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah excluding tax and service charges.
• Tickets are non transferable
• Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Tickets are valid for use only on the date written on the e-ticket.
• Accepted forms of payment via online systems are credit card and PayPal. Accepted credit cards are Visa and MasterCard.
• After completing your booking an automatic e-booking confirmation will be emailed to your designated email address.
• Guests must show booking confirmation via hard copy or mobile device upon arrival at Reception.
• If you cannot produce a booking confirmation or valid ID in the booking name then the reservation will be denied and no refunds provided.
• Finns Bali strictly forbids the on the selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases, bookings will be automatically void with no refund.
• All Vehicles must be fully checked by security at the entrance prior to entering the premises.
• No outside food and drinks are permitted in the beach club.
• You agree to let us inspect any bags or other goods in your possession upon entering Finns Beach Club’s premises. All items not permitted will be labeled and held by security until departure.
• No professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones are allowed into the venue without prior arrangement with Finns Marketing Department.
• Balloons and decorations are not permitted.
• No weapons or dangerous items are allowed inside the venue. The exception to this rule if our in-house Police or when we have Police or Army escorting VIP Guest, Politicians etc
• Animals are not permitted in the venue.
• Inflatable pool toys are not permitted.
• Illegal substances are not allowed inside the venue. Indonesia carries severe penalties for possession of illegal drugs.
• Finns reserves the right to change venue layout without notice.
• All bottles, merchandise and donations purchased online are in addition to ticket spend
• All information given to Finns Bali must be accurate and current.
• * VIP Adult Area is 18 years and over. Children are not permitted.
• * Lagoon Pool is an adult area; must 18 years and over. Children are not permitted on Party Beds.
• * St Tropez Rooftop is an adult area; must 18 years and over.

Refund Policy
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, bookings are 100% refundable if the venue is closed or a special event is canceled.
If the venue is open and you choose to not attend then a 100% non-refundable policy applies.

Force Majeure
If for any reason Finns Management determines that services purchased can not be provided in full, the booking date may be amended free of charge or a refund may be issued depending on the circumstances. Potential Force Majeure conditions include but are not limited to volcanic activity, fire, strike, flood, earthquake, riots, war, acts of terrorism, or government actions.

Important Information

• By your participation, you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with water-sports and other activities at our beach club and the inherent risks associated with any activity in or near water. You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgment.
• Finns Bali has a zero-tolerance policy for bad behaviour that affects the enjoyment of other guests in our venues.
• Finns Bali reserves the right to evict a guest or complete group immediately if excessive damage, nuisance or unlawful activities occur.
• If required, the relevant Indonesian authority will be contacted. Finns Bali decision is final and nil refund will be given in this case.
• We will not be liable for any personal injury or loss where negligence cannot be attributed to the owners and operators of Finns Beach Club.
• All personal belongings are solely the guests responsibility. Finns Bali takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.
• Restrictions or limitations on access to the beach club and beach may be imposed at any time.
• We may close the complete beach club, specific areas and/or the beach on a permanent or temporary basis at any time. If your reservation is affected Finns Reservations will contact you as soon as possible and advise the alternatives.
• We reserve the right to modify these conditions at any time.
• I understand that photos and video footage may be taken for advertising, promotion, and marketing purposes.
• Finns Bali strictly forbids the on selling of bookings at an increased price by any third party. In such cases bookings will be automatically void with no refund.

Finns Group Policy

• No matching shirts or costumes are permitted to be worn by groups.
• Finns Bali has a zero tolerance policy for bad behaviour that affects the enjoyment of other guests in our venues.
• Finns Bali reserves the right to evict a guest or complete group immediately should excessive damage, nuisance or unlawful activities occur.
• Finns Bali decision is final and nil refund will be given in this case.
• If required, management reserve the right to contact Indonesian authorities to resolve a matter
• No Male Australian, NZ or UK Sporting Teams or Bucks/Stag groups are permitted in Finns Beach Club or Finns VIP Beach Club.
